Stefanie Rodriguez enjoys researching legal issues and finding solutions to the issues faced by her clients. Following law school, she chose to begin her legal career as a personal injury litigation paralegal on the Plaintiff’s side. Once she gained valuable experience, she spent several years as a plaintiff’s attorney. At Hedrick Gardner, she utilizes her experience representing plaintiffs to better defend her clients in civil litigation claims.

Stefanie graduated summa cum laude from the North Carolina Central University School of Law. During law school, she was a member of the North Carolina Central Law Review, and co-chaired the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. While she was a plaintiffs attorney, she spoke at the North Carolina Advocates for Justice on post-settlement issues faced by plaintiffs attorneys.

When she is not practicing law, Stefanie enjoys traveling, and DIY home improvement projects. She’s an avid history enthusiast and prefers documentaries over movies. She also loves jogging, and has completed five half-marathons, and one full marathon.
