Nikole has been practicing law in South Carolina for 15 years. She has considerable experience in insurance defense litigation involving a variety of issues such as workers’ compensation, negligence, breach of contract, general liability, premises liability and fraud. Nikole’s practice currently focuses in the area of workers’ compensation. She represents employers, carriers and self-insureds at every level of litigation, from mediation, to hearing and through the appellate process.

As a member of the South Carolina Bar’s Law Related Education Committee, Nikole organizes and judges mock trial competitions. She serves as coordinator for the Midlands Region Middle School Mock Trial Program and enjoys working with children who demonstrate passion for legal education at an early age.

Nikole is also a talented singer. She spends her free time preparing for and performing choral pieces with the Lexington County Choral Society (LCCS). LCCS presents, for the community, an array of outstanding literature by the masters such as Mozart, Beethoven and Brahms to the more contemporary ones of Rutter, Lauridson and Chilcott. If she’s not in the courtroom or on the stage, Nikole appreciates a great beach and Costa Rica tops her list!
