Biography

Nick Inchaustegui is committed to ensuring client satisfaction, prompt and thorough reporting, and efficient representation. He enjoys identifying the issues of each case, counseling different clients through litigation, and channeling his competitive nature to reach the best possible results.

At Hedrick Gardner, Nick focuses on civil litigation matters.  Nick has represented both large and small businesses, municipal entities, and individuals. He has handled and assisted with matters involving premises liability, commercial litigation, wrongful death, complex litigation, municipal litigation, and general auto negligence.

During law school, Nick gained valuable professional experience and served as a legal intern in a variety of capacities, including for the Honorable Justice Paul Newby at the Supreme Court of North Carolina, the Richmond City Attorney’s office, and in the North Carolina District 1 Public Defenders Office.

Nick is an avid saltwater fisherman, a passion that led him to compete in fishing tournaments throughout North Carolina. When he is not practicing law or fishing, Nick enjoys time spent with family, boating, cooking, and traveling with his wife.
