Biography

Michele Livingstone enjoys resolving the challenges her practice frequently presents. Passionate about navigating the intricacies and complexities of the law, she works with her clients to uncover the best path towards claims resolution for each unique case.

During law school, Michele served as a paralegal specialist for the U.S. Coast Guard where she was responsible for determining Coast Guard compliance with international conventions from the International Maritime Organization and the International Labour Organization. Following law school, she practiced civil litigation in Raleigh, focusing her practice on complex labor and employment disputes.

During her undergraduate studies Michele spent two semesters abroad in Freiburg, Germany and Copenhagen, Denmark. She speaks basic conversational Danish and German, as well as intermediate Spanish, skills she utilizes to serve her clients.

When not practicing law, Michele enjoys an active lifestyle of swimming, running half-marathons, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her shepherd mix named Gus.
