Lindsey Procida brings a personalized approach to each matter she handles, recognizing the uniqueness of every case and the parties involved.

Lindsey has provided legal services to a diverse population, serving everyone from low-income individuals, to children in foster care, to veterans. This experience, coupled with her exemplary work ethic, is a great asset to her clients, and boosts her ability to relate to people from all backgrounds. Prior to joining Hedrick Gardner, she served as a staff attorney for South Jersey Legal Services in Vineland, New Jersey, a non-profit organization providing legal representation and advocacy to low-income individuals. 

While enrolled at the Widener University Delaware Law School, Lindsey was a named a Martin Luther King. Jr. Semester of Service Fellow and received a Certificate of Achievement for Federal Income Tax. She completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Robert P. Becker, Jr. in Woodbury, New Jersey after graduation.

A military spouse for 11 years, Lindsey understands the challenges of military life. She has a great appreciation for the sacrifices of our military members and their families and has become a more compassionate person as a result.

When she is not practicing law, you will find Lindsey enjoying time with her husband and three children. She enjoys running, hiking, and anything on the water. She is currently on a mission to hike all the U.S. national parks.
