Katherine Escalante enjoys analyzing situations from multiple angles, leaving no detail overlooked. This dedication to learning about the many faceted issues in cases empowers her to better advocate on her client’s behalf.
While in law school, Katherine served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law and was a research assistant for several professors covering a wide range of subjects. Katherine was also involved in pro-bono legal work through her school. She was particularly passionate about Lawyers 4 Literacy and the Family Preparedness Project.
Katherine loves to travel and has attended school in three different countries. What she enjoys the most about traveling is learning about new cultures and languages. Even when not living in a new country, she enjoys meeting new people and learning about new places. She is fluent in Spanish and speaks conversational French, a skill she looks forward to putting to use in matters involving parties whose first language is Spanish or French.
When not advocating for her clients, Katherine enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
