Katherine Escalante enjoys analyzing situations from multiple angles, leaving no detail overlooked. This dedication to learning about the many faceted issues in cases empowers her to better advocate on her client’s behalf.
Katherine served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law. During law school she worked as a research assistant for several professors. Her tasks included analyzing statutes and case law in a wide range of subjects in order to apply them to real life situations. Katherine was also involved in pro-bono legal work. She was particularly passionate about Lawyers 4 Literacy and the Family Preparedness Project.
Katherine loves to travel and attended school in three different countries. What she enjoys the most about traveling is learning about new cultures and languages. She is always looking for the opportunity to learn something new. She is fluent in Spanish and speaks conversational French, a skill she looks forward to putting to use in matters involving parties whose first language is Spanish or French.
When not advocating for her clients, Katherine enjoys running, reading, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
