Biography

Beth received her undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Geology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated with distinction. At UNC Chapel Hill, Beth became a member of Delta Zeta and learned to balance challenging academic demands with extra-curricular responsibilities. After earning her Juris Doctorate at the University of Richmond, she spent 10 years as a litigating plaintiff’s attorney in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security Disability.

At Hedrick Gardner, Beth focuses her practice on civil litigation, helping clients achieve their goals through her hard work and legal expertise. Her prior experience as a litigating plaintiff’s attorney has given her the unique insight to understand how the other side views a case.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys an active lifestyle that includes traveling, SCUBA, snow skiing, all things Disney, and going to the beach.  When she’s not diving, Beth can be found spending time with her husband Will, their sons Tyler and Parker, their dogs Ellie Mae and Reigny, and their cats Gracie, Thumbelina, and Cornelius.
