Alexis Reynolds is passionate about advocating on behalf of her clients and counts guiding them towards the best possible outcome in each case as the most rewarding part of her job.
While in law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Alexis participated in the schools Education Rights Clinic her third year. During this time, she represented her first clients and was confident she had found the right career path.
Alexis completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable John Cannon Few at the South Carolina Supreme Court. This clerkship provided exposure to several areas of law and the unique opportunity to learn how judges approach various issues.
Prior to joining Hedrick Gardner, Alexis served in a variety of capacities within law firms; runner, litigation support assistant, and most recently, as a law clerk for another Columbia firm.
Passionate about volunteering in the legal community, Alexis serves on the South Carolina Women Lawyer’s Association’s Community Outreach & Membership Committees. She also aided in the development of Palmetto Volunteer Lawyer Project, a software that matches attorneys with pro bono clients.
When not practicing law or volunteering, Alexis enjoys playing tennis, watching Gamecock Basketball, and spending time with her husband, son, and Goldendoodle.
