Support staff members play a significant role in the overall success of the work we do for our clients.  The firm could not operate without qualified employees supporting the work of our attorneys.  Hedrick Gardner has been fortunate to attract and retain some of the best talent in the legal industry.

Legal Assistants

Legal assistants are an integral part of our litigation teams. They generally work for three attorneys and perform services such as transcription, scheduling, calendaring, organizing files, and communicating with clients.  The firm uses case management software and speech recognition technology to improve the efficiency of the office.

Paralegals

Paralegals generally work under the direction of a partner and that partner’s team of attorneys.  Paralegals are members of that partner’s practice group. They work on substantive legal matters including summarizing medical records, discovery, drafting correspondence, investigation, coordinating litigated files, and preparing for trials or hearings.

Administrative Staff

The administrative staff at Hedrick Gardner is comprised of Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Library, Marketing, and Office Services departments. Dedicated professionals manage the business operations of the firm. Our administrative staff interacts with the attorneys and legal support staff to provide quality services to our clients and to ensure that the firm is run in a highly efficient and cost-effective manner.
