Jim Hickmon is an attorney in Hedrick Gardner's Charlotte office where he leads the firm's Trusts and Estates and Fiduciary Law practice.  Jim assists clients with estate planning, trust, tax and probate law issues.  He also works with clients to resolve trust and estate related disputes, including representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries in litigated matters.
