Jennifer is a partner in the firm’s Charlotte office. Her practice focuses in the areas of appellate advocacy and workers’ compensation. She has represented clients in all types of workers’ compensation claims, including litigation of injury by accident cases, occupational disease claims, workplace assault claims, fraud claims and death claims. She has extensive appellate experience, handling appeals before the North Carolina Full Commission, North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court. She is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, and Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was the law clerk for the Honorable Louis B. Meyer at the North Carolina Supreme Court and the Honorable Larry A. Klein at the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeals. While in law school, she was the Research Editor for the Wake Forest University Law Review.
