Mike is an attorney in the firm's Charlotte office. His practice focuses primarily in the area of workers' compensation. He has represented management in all aspects of workers' compensation law, including workers' compensation litigation before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and the successful protection and recovery of subrogation lien interests. Mike has analyzed potential claim exposure, developed comprehensive long-term defense strategies, and negotiated full and final global settlement agreements.
