Ellen is an attorney in the firm's Wilmington office. Her practice focuses on the advocacy and trial of a broad range of complex civil litigation, including business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, extra-contractual litigation, community association formation and litigation, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, products liability, real estate and toxic tort cases. She has tried several cases to verdict in North Carolina State Courts and regularly handles cases in North Carolina Federal Courts and appeals before the North Carolina Appellate Courts.
