Ellen is a partner in the firm's Wilmington office. Her practice focuses on the advocacy and trial of a broad range of complex civil litigation, including business formation and commercial litigation, insurance litigation, community association formation and litigation, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, products liability, real estate and toxic tort cases. She has tried several cases to verdict in North Carolina State Courts and regularly handles cases in North Carolina Federal Courts and appeals before the North Carolina Appellate Courts.
