Tom is a partner in the firm's Charlotte office.  He specializes in the defense of workers compensation claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and North Carolina Courts.  He represents a variety of employers, from small business to large, Fortune 500 companies, as well as various insurance administrators and carriers.
