Joe is an attorney in the firm's Charlotte office. His practice focuses on a range of issues in the areas of civil litigation and employment law. He also advises clients on employment and risk issues prior to actual incidents and litigation. He is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Joe volunteers for Legal Services of Southern Piedmont / Legal Aid of North Carolina - Charlotte.
