Jeff is a partner in the firm's Charlotte office. He specializes in workers' compensation, with emphasis in the areas of occupational disease and chemical exposure claims.  He has extensive experience representing business clients at hearings and at the appellate level before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court.
