| Jim is an attorney in the firm's Charlotte office. His practice focuses in the areas of estates planning and settlement, ERISA compliance, executive compensation, business planning and formation, estate and gift taxation, trusts and estates taxation, tax and employee benefits. He assists in the design and implementation of estate and business succession plans, which include the settlement of estates and establishment of trusts. Jim also represents clients before governmental agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department for Labor. |
