Hedrick Gardner's Employment Law Practice Group represents management in all phases of the employee - employer relationship. We are an active business partner for employment law best practices and legal compliance. We prepare Employee Handbooks and employment and non-compete contracts. We conduct internal investigations and audits. If litigation occurs, attorneys have courtroom experience defending employment law claims in the state and federal courts of North and South Carolina.
