Tracie is a partner in the firm's Wilmington office. Her litigation experience includes the defense of liability and workers' compensation cases. She has extensive experience at all levels of workers' compensation litigation, including mediations, hearings, medical deposition, Full Commission hearings, appeals to the Court of Appeals, and workers' compensation lien hearings in Superior Court. Additionally, she has tried jury cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts.
