APPELLATE ADVOCACY

The Hedrick Gardner Appellate Advocacy Group is comprised of attorneys who have extensive experience arguing appeals before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, North Carolina Court of Appeals, and North Carolina Supreme Court.

 

The members of the Appellate Advocacy Group come from diverse litigation backgrounds, including clerkships at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and possess outstanding oral and written advocacy skills.

 

The Appellate Advocacy Group collaborates with the attorney who is litigating the matter.  This collaborative effort combines our extensive appellate expertise and knowledge of the specific nuances of a particular matter in an effort to produce artful briefs specifically tailored to effectuating successful arguments.
